Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

• US: 3–5 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by the carrier, customs processing, the destination address or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email a confirmation. If tracking is available for your shipment, the tracking details are included. Carrier systems can take 24–48 hours to show the first scan.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for deliveries delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will try to correct it before dispatch.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees determined by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
