Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition of returned items

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with all original packaging and included components.

How to start a return

• Email contact@goldeneggusa.store with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We will confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
• Ship the item back using the instructions provided.

Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us.

Return shipping costs

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within the return window with photos where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take several business days for the funds to appear.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We can cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched.
